1. About us

This store is run by Drifter Box (“we”, “us”), trading as DRIFTERBOX. You can contact us at drifterboxshop@outlook.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products and prices

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where it applies. Product images are for illustration, so real colours and finishes may differ slightly from what you see on screen. Orders depend on stock. If an item is unavailable we will tell you and refund you in full.

3. Offers

Bundle offers such as the 2-car and 3-car deals apply when you choose that quantity and complete checkout through the offer. We may change or end offers at any time, but not for orders already placed.

4. Ordering and payment

When you place an order we send you a confirmation email. Our contract with you starts when we dispatch your order. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the countries shown at checkout. Shipping is free unless the checkout says otherwise. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. Orders may be shipped directly from our suppliers or warehouses, and you will receive tracking once your order ships. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered.

6. Cancelling and returning an order

You can cancel and return an unwanted item within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Email us at drifterboxshop@outlook.com within that time to tell us. Then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Items should be returned unused, in their original packaging and in the condition you received them. You pay the cost of returning an item unless it is faulty or not as described. We refund you within 14 days of getting the item back, or of receiving proof that you sent it, using your original payment method. We may reduce the refund if the item has lost value through handling beyond what is needed to inspect it.

7. Faulty or incorrect items

Items must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, email us with your order number and a photo or short video. If you report a fault within 30 days of delivery you can reject the item for a full refund. After that, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. We cover return costs for faulty or incorrect items. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

8. Safety

These cars contain a rechargeable battery and small parts. Charge only with the supplied or a suitable cable, never leave a charging battery unattended, and stop using the car if it becomes damaged or hot. Children should use the product under adult supervision. Keep away from water.

9. Our responsibility

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect loss, and we are not liable for any business losses, because we sell to consumers only.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the part of the United Kingdom where we are based. You keep any rights you have under the law of where you live. Please contact us first at drifterboxshop@outlook.com with any complaint so we can try to put it right.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in place when you order applies to that order.
